These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the user ("you") and the CC99 platform ("CC99", "we", "our"), accessible at cc99.click. By completing registration, making a deposit, or accessing any service available on CC99 — Sports Betting, live casino, poker, slots, jackpot, crash games, or any other category — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to all their provisions.
Acceptance of these Terms is binding and legally valid under Brazilian law, including the Brazilian Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

To use CC99's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Important notice: CC99 uses identity verification processes (KYC) to confirm user eligibility. If it is determined that a user does not meet the requirements above, the account will be suspended and any retained funds will be reviewed in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual may hold a single account at CC99, linked to a CPF. Opening multiple accounts under the same holder is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all identified accounts, with balances held pending review.
By registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name as it appears on an official ID, a valid CPF, date of birth, full address, and an active email address. CC99 may request additional documents at any time to verify the identity of the account holder.
You are solely responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential — your login, password, and any active second authentication factor. CC99 is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the disclosure, sharing, or negligent handling of your credentials.

CC99 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used. Deposits made with third-party details will be refunded to the original method and the account may be suspended for investigation.
CC99 does not charge fees on deposits, but processing costs for certain methods may be charged by the user's financial institution — check with your bank or digital wallet before making a deposit.
To request a withdrawal, your account must be verified (KYC complete) and your available balance must exceed the minimum withdrawal amount in effect. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same method used for the last deposit of equal or greater value, as an anti-money laundering measure.
CC99 processes withdrawals via Pix within 30 minutes in most cases, though it may take up to 24 hours when manual review is required. For amounts above BRL 5,000.00, the review may take up to 48 business hours to ensure payment security.
CC99 charges no fee on Pix withdrawals. For other withdrawal methods, processor fees may apply — please check before submitting your request.
Bonus notice: bonus balances may only be withdrawn after the associated wagering requirement has been fully met. Check your bonus status in the "My Account" section before requesting a withdrawal.

The available real-money balance in your account (excluding any unconverted bonus balance) will be refunded via Pix within 5 business days after identity verification is confirmed.
At CC99's discretion: CC99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in the following situations:
In cases of account closure due to a Terms violation, CC99 may hold the balance pending a compliance review before any refund is issued, within a period of up to 30 business days.
CC99 strives to keep the platform available 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated in advance) or unforeseen technical outages may occur.

CC99 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect regulatory, technological, or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated by email and through a prominent notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance, except where immediate implementation is required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are hereby designated as the exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from this instrument, with waiver of any other venue, however privileged.

Terms and conditions have a bad reputation — long documents packed with legal jargon and fine print that nobody reads. At CC99, we made a different choice from the start: to write our rules in plain language that any Brazilian user, without a legal background, could understand — knowing exactly what they can and cannot do on the platform. Not because we have to, but because we believe a player who understands the rules has a better, more confident experience.
Bonuses are where a lack of transparency tends to cause the most frustration in the market. A user receives a R$ 500.00 bonus, tries to withdraw, and finds out there's a 50x wagering requirement that was never properly explained. At CC99, every promotion has its rules published clearly: the wagering requirement, which games count toward it, the expiration date, and what happens if the bonus expires before it's converted. No unpleasant surprises when it's time to withdraw.
Identity verification (KYC) is another area that often raises questions. CC99 implemented KYC not to create barriers to withdrawals, but to ensure funds go to the right person and to meet legal anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The process is completed once, typically on the first withdrawal above R$ 500.00, and involves submitting a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address. Once verified, you won't need to repeat the process — your account will be cleared for future withdrawals without any additional red tape.
The one account per CPF rule is fundamental to the platform's integrity. CC99 uses cross-data verification to detect duplicate accounts — even when different emails, phone numbers, or addresses are used. This protects honest users, who would be disadvantaged if other players could multiply accounts to abuse bonuses, and ensures that promotions remain available for the entire legitimate user base. Any identified duplicate account is closed and its balance held for review.
For Sports Betting, the rule on cancelled or postponed events is clear: if a match does not take place within 36 hours of its original scheduled time, the bet is declared void and the staked amount is fully refunded. This covers situations such as weather-related cancellations, postponements of competitions like the Brasileirão or Copa do Brasil for safety reasons, and force majeure events. You will never have a bet stuck on an event that isn't going to happen.
CC99 also has a clear policy on odds errors. When an odd is published with an obvious mistake — for example, a heavily favored team listed at 100.00 to win a routine match — CC99 reserves the right to correct the odd before the bet is finally confirmed and to notify the user. Bets already confirmed before the error was identified are handled on a case-by-case basis, applying the principle of good faith. The goal is always balance: protecting the platform from operational errors without penalizing users who placed their bet in good faith based on the odd that was available.
CC99 VIP Program members are subject to additional terms related to exclusive benefits — such as poker table rakeback, loss cashback, and higher limits at Live Casino tables. These additional terms are communicated directly to the user upon joining the corresponding VIP tier and are available for review in the VIP Program section within the account. VIP benefits do not accrue retroactively and take effect from the date the tier is activated.
LGPD compliance is treated as an operational priority at CC99, not a formality. The user database is stored on servers with 256-bit encryption, accessible only by authorized personnel through two-factor authentication. Access logs are retained for 12 months for security audit purposes. Data deletion requests are processed within 15 business days, as required by law, with email confirmation sent to the data subject.
